Do you have a stronghold in your mind? Do you have a set of beliefs or belief that exalts itself against the knowledge
of God? Are you sick in your body and wish that God would heal you, but deep down you really don't think He will? This is
a stronghold. It is a fortress that has been built in the mind that does not line up with the Word of God.
The Word of God says to ask believing that you receive and you shall have what you ask for. For too long satan has been
able to come into our minds and set up strongholds that oppose what the Word of God says and we want to believe the Word of
God, but because of the stronghold, we don't have the confidence in God's Word that we should.
We need to remove the evil strongholds in our mind that oppose the Word of God and replace it with this stronghold:
The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him......Nahum 1:7 (Revised Standard
Version)
Let's allow God to set up a stronghold in our minds that says "No Satan! God's Word says I am already healed by the stripes
of Jesus!" We have the ability to replace the evil strongholds with God as our stronghold, and God leaves it up to us.
This is changing the wrong way of thinking into the right way of thinking. All things are possible with God! You can do
ALL things through Christ who strengthens you!
