My child, do not grow weary trying to do my works and forgetting to take care of yourself. Until you are with me and are
out of your fleshly body and given your new everlasting body, you are still living in a body made of dust. While you are in
this body, take care of it.
Eat right. Exercise and be healthy. I have made your body to heal itself, and if you will take the proper care of it, it
will work as I designed it to. If you put smoke or other harmful products into it, it will not operate as good as when it
is completely healthy to fight off the invaders.
