I don't know how many times I have used "In the name of Jesus" in my prayers. I have known that his name has all of the
authority in heaven and in the earth, but what I didn't realize is that I wasn't using his name correctly.
When the disciples healed people, they said "In the name of Jesus Christ". They did not leave out the fact that he is the
Christ. "Jesus" represents who he is as a man born of a woman on the earth, but the "Christ" part represents his position.
He is the Christ child, the son of God, the Messiah, born of a virgin with all power in heaven and earth, who has the keys
to death, hell and the grave.
