Many of you have been so busy and stressed lately that you have forgotten to "really breathe". When you slow down and take a deep breath that fully fills your lungs, you will function better and you will feel better.
 
If you start to get stressed, remember to take a few seconds to breathe deeply. It will get more oxygen to your brain. It will relax you and you will be able to handle the situation in a more efficient manner.
 
Your lungs were created as a way of calming your system when you breathe correctly. So, take advantage of something you already have and don't forget to use it.
 
God gave you big lungs for a reason!
