My child, this too shall pass. You have survived the worst of it and you
have remained intact - in fact grown stronger due to the pressure ... as a
piece of coal becomes a diamond under extreme pressure. You are a jewel
fashioned for My crown. Never forget I am here with you. I am ever caring
for you, concerned for your welfare and providing for your future.

Even though the storm rages within your emotions - stirring and churning
you up ... could it be preparation for future choices?  Allow the feelings
to surface so that they can be set free. Bury nothing. Honesty is now
your watch-word - with yourself and with others. No longer put off the
truth. Claim your freedom. Your life is not dictated by your past. Today's
victories will bring a rich harvest in your immediate future. Do you know
that you are loved beyond all measure? Ask Me. Ask Me often. I'll tell you
it's true, true, true!!! Listen to your heart. Listen to that quiet place
within you - that place of peace and assurance. Become whole in My name.
Accept all of yourself ... the good, the bad and the ugly. Know that I
have made you complete. Be whole, be whole.

New life, I speak new life into your heart, mind and spirit. Be complete
and totally at peace with who you are. You are who I created you to be.
Fulfill the plan and purpose I have for you. Don't look back. Don't look
back. Step away - step forward into your future with confidence. Know that
I am here with you. I will never desert you or leave you. I care for you
with an everlasting love. See yourself as I see you. See yourself as the
divine creation - a worthy vessel - birthed in honor and strength. Stand.
Stand. Stand! I have put the strength in your backbone - stand tall - eyes
forward, shoulders back and breathe deep. Breathe in My presence. Allow Me
to surround you, to permeate you, to make you buoyant - to float above the
turbulent waters of your emotions. They are your feelings, but they are
only your feelings -- they are not the truth.

The truth is that, in Me, you are mighty and strong and more than capable.
Your future is bright ... nothing is too difficult for you, My princess
bride. I am your strong tower - your source, your confidence. Do not succumb
to the lies of the devil. because I reign, you are empowered. stand, stand
