As I was talking to someone yesterday who has been delivered from drugs, he said something that I have thought
before and it was nice coming from him. I had asked him the question "What did it take to finally get you to decide within
yourself that you wanted to quit?". He said "Everyone is searching for God but they don't all know it." Many turn to
drugs, depression and all kinds of things to fill the hole inside us that needs to be filled with God."
The truth is that nothing can fill this empty place but God. When we come to this truth, we can be free
of the things that are destroying us. The things that we accepted in our pursuit of being whole, rid ourselves of them,
and then become who we really want to be.
God is our answer. We must never give up on ourselves or those around us who need and can be delivered by the
Grace of God. There is hope and it is God!
