Why do you sit in the dark when there is sufficient power to have the lights on so that you may see? Why do you allow
life to get to you and weight you down so that it seems almost too heavy to bear? Where is your joy and your hope, dear child?
You are precious and set apart because you have accepted Christ as your Savior. When you accepted Christ you stepped
out into a world full of blessing. You are blessed and not cursed. You are the head and not the tail. You are above and not
beneath. You don't need to sit in darkness because Christ has brought you light.
The Word of God is a lamp unto your feet and a light unto your path. Without the Word of God we are all in darkness.
We need to take the time to open our Bibles and read a little. Think about all of the time we waste that we could have been
planting the Word of God into our hearts and minds. It is not too late to get started now. God is patient.
