You get two kinds of shadows. You get the shadow of sin and then you get the Shadow of THE ALMIGHTY. Jesus came so that we do not have to live and suffer under the shadow of sin anymore but step over into the shadow of THE ALMIGHTY. The difference between the two shadows is that the shadow of sin brings destruction. It brings darkness and captivity through fear in that you are surrounded by guilt and a feeling of hopelessness because of past sin. This cause you not see the light of God’s Glory and work that Christ has done on the Cross. The shadow of sin holds you back. It keeps you from stepping into the life that Gods has for you in Christ Jesus. In Christ Jesus you can move away from under the shadow of sin and step over into the Shadow of God where you find true shelter from the heat of life. You find rest from past sin because Christ Jesus came to break the power that sin has over us and yoke of slavery to sin..

When you allow the Blood of Jesus to wash you and cleanse you from all sin you can truly find rest under the wings of our Heavenly Father.
