If we don't get rid of the bad stuff it just becomes clutter and ends up frustrating us. It is time for us to assess
the damage in our own lives caused by emotional storms. It is time to take inventory so that we can replace the damaged thoughts
with good ones. The bad thoughts only end up causing grief and keep us from moving forward.
