God is a true friend. When others let us down God will still be there. People are human and can fail us, but God will
never fail us. We can be confident that we always have a near friend who is able to help us, guide us and protect us. God
is such a wonderful friend. It is sad that many times we just use Him instead of really being a true friend back to God. We
go to Him with our list of requests and don't even take the time to talk to Him. Do we ever think to ask Him how His day is
going? Do we ever ask Him what He would like for us to do for Him? And if we do, do we actually wait to hear what He says
or do we just do the things that we think He wants us to do because that is the easiest?
