The Enemy Is A Cunning But Defeated Foe

The enemy is a cunning but defeated foe. He is opportunistic in all that he does. When you go through a tough time, a time where you are likely to feel depressed and maybe even distant from The Lord, he will come and tempt you with old weaknesses from the past. But do not give in to him because he is liar! Those things he put in your head is no longer you, you are washed in the Blood of the Lamb of God! You are a new creation and ALL things have become new!

When you accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior He made you strong at all the broken places. The weaknesses that caused you to fall have been removed and reinforced with power of God, so you see when we think we are weak, Christ is our strength at the place of brokenness. If we stay in Him and he in us we can stand and see our deliverance and partake in the victory of the Cross and Resurrection of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

So let us do according to Ephesians 6 :10 – 17 and be dressed for success and VICTORY!

Eph 6 10 – 17

10. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

11. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

12. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places .

13. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

15. And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

16. Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

17. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

God Bless!
